Business phones (VoIP)
What is VoIP, and how is it different from my current phone system?
VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) runs your business phones over your internet connection instead of old copper phone lines and a closet full of key-system hardware. You get HD call quality plus features like an auto attendant ("Press 1 for sales"), call parking, ring groups, voicemail to email, and a mobile app, usually for less per month than traditional lines.
Can I keep my current business phone number?
Yes. We transfer ("port") your existing numbers to your new system, so your customers keep calling the same numbers they always have.
Do I need new internet service for VoIP?
Usually not. VoIP runs on the internet connection you already have. During our site survey we check your connection and network to make sure calls will sound clear, and we'll tell you up front if anything needs an upgrade.
What happens to my phones if the internet goes down?
We can set up automatic call forwarding to cell phones so calls still get answered, and we offer LTE backup internet that takes over when your main connection drops.
Will my staff be able to use the new phones?
Yes. We install and program every phone for you and show your team how to transfer, park, and check voicemail before we leave.
Managed IT & networks
What's included in managed desktop services?
A flat monthly rate per computer covers 24/7 monitoring and alerts, Windows and software patching, antivirus and endpoint protection, remote and on-site help desk support, and new PC setup. See managed desktop services.
What's included in managed network services?
We monitor and maintain your servers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points: keeping firmware current, managing security policies, checking backups, and fixing issues before they slow you down. See managed network services.
Do you install network cabling?
Yes. We run new Cat6 data drops, build and organize network racks, and label every port so troubleshooting is fast. Cabling is quoted per project after a site visit.
Pricing & support
How much does it cost?
It depends on how many phones, lines, computers, and network devices you have. Use our Build Your Package tool for an instant monthly estimate, then we'll confirm your price in a written quote.
Do you require long-term contracts?
We don't believe in expensive contracts or hidden fees. Your quote spells out exactly what you pay and what's included.
Is there a discount for bundling services?
Yes. Bundle two services (for example VoIP and managed desktop) and save 5%. Bundle all three (VoIP, managed desktop, and managed network) and save 10%.
Do you offer support after hours?
Yes. Our customer support team is available 24/7, day or night. Call 910-446-8647.
